And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 2672, having a frontage of 48' on the west side of Fifth Street, and extending back therefrom a distance of 145' and having a rear line of 47.85', formerly known as Lot No. 110 of A.M. Lyon's Subdivision known as Brownlee Heights Plat as recorded in Volume 11, Page 87 of Mahoning County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 531 5th Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
