Case No. 2025 CV 02292 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Estate of Eleanor May Robertson, Joshua Adam Robertson, as Fiduciary and Possible Heir-at-Law of Eleanor May Robertson, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Administrators, Executors, and/or Assigns, if any, of Eleanor May Robertson, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Administrators, Executors, and/or Assigns, if any, of Eleanor May Robertson, and Unknown Tenants, Occupants and Land Contract Vendees, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
