PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-032-0-394.000.

***The City of Youngstown pursuant to its Land Reutilization Program has determined the parcel described on Schedule A of the Preliminary Judicial Report, which is attached to Plaintiff's Complaint to be nonproductive land as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 5722.01(F)(2). Therefore, if the minimum bid is not received for the Parcel at the sale, the Parcel shall be deemed sold to the City of Youngstown for to its Land Reutilization Program in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 5722.03(D).

MINIMUM BID:

$11,815.21 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrude taxes, penalities, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for $1,000.00, balance in full within thirty (30) days.

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
