Jones AKA Robert Jones, whose last known address is 4234 Lake Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 28th day of October 2025, PHH Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2025 CV 02812 and styled PHH Mortgage Corporation vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Robert A. Jones, AKA Robert Jones and their unknown spouses and creditors and the unknown spouse of Robert A. Jones AKA Robert Jones, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
