The Defendants, Irene A. Devlin, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Devlin and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Nemeth, whose current addresses are  unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of July 2025, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01701, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 44 S. Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-169-0-058.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

 The Defendants, Irene A. Devlin, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Devlin and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Nemeth are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 19th day of December 2025. In the event that the Defendants, Irene A. Devlin, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Devlin and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Irene A. Nemeth failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
