To the Defendants Marlon Mallard and the unknown spouse, if any, of Marlon Mallard whose last known address is 1319 Laffer Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44305, Marnesha Mallard and the unknown spouse, if any, of Marnesha Mallard whose last known address is 21530 Lexington Road, Alliance, Ohio 44601 and Kerrington Smith and the unknown spouse, if any, of Kerrington Smith whose last known address is 8648 Forest Lane, Apex, North Carolina 27539, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:,

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 6th day of August 2025.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate: 

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 16-023-0-023.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 21530 Lexington Road, Alliance, Ohio 44601

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant Fred M. Mallard in the amount of $19,090.03 plus interest at the rate of 7.3750% per annum from November 1, 2024 plus costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last  publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 21st day of November, 2025, said answer day being the 19th day of December 2025.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
