Said lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the North line of Maywood Drive and formerly known as Woodlawn Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Eighty-one (181) feet and on its West line One Hundred Eighty-one (181) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat.

APPRAISED VALUE: $80,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
