Losaasso, will take notice that on the 1st day of April 2025, the Plaintiff, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:

And known as Lot No. 25 Kirkland Wood Fourteenth Addition as recorded in Volume 32 of Plats, Page 112, Mahoning County Records.
