The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davis, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of June 2025, the Plaintiff, Bank of America N.A., filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01459, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 869 Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-106-0-629.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davisare required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 23rd day of September 2025. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Arthur L. Davis aka Arthur Davisfailed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
