The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas Kolat and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas Kolat, whose current addresses are unknown, will  take notice that on the 14th day of May 2025, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I trust 2005-NC1 Mortgage Pass-through certificates, Series 2005-NCI, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01257, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the  real property located at 5050 Villa Marie Rd., Lowellville, Ohio 44436 PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 42-068-0-020.00-0 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas Kolat and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas Kolat, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 19th day of August 2025. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas Kolat and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas Kolat failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered agaist them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
