Bove, whose last known address is 420 East Hazelcroft Avenue, New Castle, PA 16105, will take notice that on the 12th day of March 2025, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No.  2025 CV 00604  and styled The Huntington National Bank vs. Joseph Huzicko, as Heir to the Estate of Karen M. Huzicko, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
