By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

And known and being Sub Lot 316 in UTOPIA Allotment, situated in the Northeast corner of Great Lot No. 4 of the Third division of Boardman Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, as recorded in Volume 19, Page 40, Mahoning County Record of Plats. Said Sub Lot Number 316, has a frontage of 45 feet on the Easterly side of Southern Blvd., and extending back there from between parallel lines of equal width, a distance of 150 feet, and being 45 feet wide along its rear line, as per said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
