Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Village Lot Number Seven Hundred Eighty-five (785) and Seven Hundred Eighty-six (786) according to the lasted enumeration of lots in said Village, as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 50, Mahoning County Records.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 355 East Michigan Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 21-006-0-184.000 and 21-006-0-185.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $74,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
