Parcel No. II: Known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 6109 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City as recorded in Plat Volume 2987 Page 325 Mahoning County Records of Plats.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 49 W. Chalmers Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

 

PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 53-050-0-110.000 and 53-050-0-109.000

 

APPRAISED VALUE: $60,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
