Cleland, Jr. (if any), whose last known address is 549 Neoka Drive, Campbell, Ohio 44405, will  take notice that on the 6th day of February 2025, U.S. Bank Trust National Association Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case no. 2025 CV 00309 and styled U.S. Bank Trust National Association Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCF 2 Acquisition Trust vs. Monty C. Cleland AKA Monty C. Cleland, Jr., et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
