Gillam, whose last known address is 611 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 17th day of January 2025, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2004-BO1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503 assigned Case No. 2025 CV 00108 and styled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2004-BO1 vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mary L. Gillam and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Mary L. Gillam, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
