Campbell, whose last known address is 3210 Quentin Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 1st day of October 2024, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2024 CV 02245 and styled Wells Fargo Bank N.A. vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mark A. Campbell and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Mark A. Campbell, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
