Karas, whose last known address is 98 Jennette Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on the 2nd day of August 2024, AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2024 CV 01725 and styled AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC vs. Heather B. Karas, as possible heir to the Estate of Gregory J. Karas, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
