DEFENDANTS.
The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor or Incompetent Heirs of Brenda M. Thorpe, will take notice that the Plaintiff, myCUmortgage, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which he Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have in interest:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Eighty-nine (389) in Kimberly Acres Plat No. 4, as recorded in Volume 37 of Plats, Page 55, Mahoning County Records. Said lot has a frontage of Seventy (70) feet on the west line of DeHoff Drive and extends back on its north line One Hundred Sixty-three and Twenty-five Hundredths (163.25) feet, and on its south line One Hundred Sixty-three and Twenty-five Hundredths (163.25) feet, having a rear line of Seventy (70) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the legal notice, said answer day being the 16th day of July 2024. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
