To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Evelyn Gunter, whose present location is  unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Amended Complaint on the 1st day of May, 2024. The object of the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate: Property Address; 17454 Laurel Avenue, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429. PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-029-0-272.000. 

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the real estate owned by Evelyn Gunter, now deceased, in the amount of $11,500.00  plus interest at the rate of 9.00% per annum from January 25, 2023 and at the rate of 10.50% (variable) per annum from September 5, 2023 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Amended Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 5th day of June, 2024, said answer day being the 3rd day of July 2024.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
