The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Dripps and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary B. Dripps, whose current addresses are unknown, will  take notice that on the 6th day of November 2023, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 02235,  in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 160 State St., Struthers, Ohio 44471, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 38-006-0-146.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Dripps and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary B. Dripps are required to answer the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 28th day of May 2024. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Dripps and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary B. Dripps failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint.
