Elva Mercer Rickard's Unknown Heirs Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last  place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of January 2024, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Premier Bank, fka First Federal Bank of the Midwest, Successor by Merger to Home Savings Bank, Successor by Merger to the Home Savings and Loan Company Youngstown, Ohio, v. Elva Mercer Rickard's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. 2024 CV 00190, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Elva Mercer Rickard's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 531 5th Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and known as Parcel Number 38-018-0-193.000. A complete legal description on the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market St., 1st Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503. 

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on April 10th, 2024, said answer day being the 30th day of July 2024.

In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment  by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
