Dean Bushling, will take notice that Plaintiff, PNC Bank, National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant has or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Nine Hundred Twenty-four (924) in Highland Park Plat Number 16 as recorded in Volume 58 of Plats, Pages 47 and 48, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Seventy-five (75) feet on the West line of Claridge Drive and extends back on its North line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its South line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Seventy-five (75) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

The Defendant named above is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, said answer day being the 9th day of April 2024. This legal notice will be published once a week or three successive weeks.
