John Doe(s), Names Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Keith Higgs and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Keith Higgs, whose last known address is 373 Redonda Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, will  take notice that on the 21st day of November 2023, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2023 CV 02343 and styled Metropolitan Life Insurance Company vs. John Doe(s) Names Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Keith Higgs and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Keith Higgs, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 373 Redondo Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.
