DEFENDANTS.

Karen L. Carter and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, of Karen L. Carter, if any, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of August 2023, the Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank successor by merger to Sky Bank successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 2023 CV 01554, seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit: 

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio;

And known as being Lot Number 28,637 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 83, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the North line of Ravenwood Avenue, and extend back on its West line 150 feet, and on its east line 150 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 22 E. Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

 

The above-named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for the consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of March 2024. In the event that the above-named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint without further hearing.
