To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Robert B. McCully, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained;
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 16th day of January, 2024.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
Property Address: 4605 Canfield Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406; PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 26-041-0-070.000
The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the real estate owned by Rodney W. Baglama, now deceased, in the amount of $72,213.76 plus interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from June 1, 2023 and at the rate of 8.50% (variable) from November 8, 2023 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 9th day of February, 2024, said answer day being the 8th day of March 2024.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
