The unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Evelyn Gunter, whose last known place of residence was Unknown, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 3rd day of January 2024, Citizens Bank NA, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 2024 CV 00013 on the docket of said Court, the object of the complaint is to foreclouse the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 17454 Laurel Avenue, Lake Milton, OH 44429.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of February 2024.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
