PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-011-0-148.00-0.

The Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation has determined this property to be nonproductive lands as defined in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.01(F)(2). As such, if at the Sheriff's sale the minimum bid for the property is not received, the property shall be sold or transferred to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.03 (D).

***If such parcels do not receive a bid in an amount equal to or greater to the minimum bid at the Sheriff's sale, then the property shall be sold or transferred to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Program (One sale only).

MINIMUM BID:

$4,111.26

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for $1,000.00, balance in full within thirty (30) days.

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
