Weidner, whose last known place of residence was 1913 Hubbard Road, Youngstown OH 44505, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of October 2023, MidFirst Bank, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 23 CV 2189 on the docket of said Court, alleging that that the object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have interest:
