Susan A. Boggs, John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Susan A. Boggs, whose last known place of residence was unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 3rd day of October 2023, Rocket Mortgage, LLC, fka Quicken Loans LLC, fka Quicken Loans, Inc, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 2023 CV 1970 on the docket of said Court, alleging that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio.
Being Lot Number 5988 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 35 of Plats, Page 14, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 70 feet on the Northerly line of Grimm Heights Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line 120 feet, and on its Westerly line 120 feet, having a rear line of 70 feet, as appears by said Plat.
Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
SAVE AND EXCEPT easements and restrictions of record, zoning ordinances, real estate taxes and assessments, if any, prorated to the date of this deed.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of January 2024.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
