DEFENDANTS.
Cheryl L. Wallace, aka Cheri Wallace, aka Cheri Chance and Unknown Spouse of Cheryl L. Wallace, aka Cheri Wallace, aka Cheri Chance, whose last known place of residence was unknown, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 7th day of September 2023, GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-RP1, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 23CV 1777 on the docket of said Court, praying for judgment of $35,028.43 with interest at the rate of 4.50000% per annum from June 1, 2022, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 454 West Heights Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.
and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said permises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the profeeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of January 2024.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
