Bulla, et al, whose last known place of residence was 428 North Osborn, Youngstown OH 44509, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 11th day of October 2023, U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-6 Home Equity Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-6, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 2023 CV 2028 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
