Bulla, whose last known address is 428 North Osborn, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, will take notice that on October 11, 2023, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-6 Home Equity Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-6, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 23CV 2028 and styled U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-6 Home Equity Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-6 vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Robert E. Bulla and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Robert E. Bulla, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclosure the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
