Stambaugh et al Plat, a subdivision of a part of Youngstown Township Great Lot 39, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 17, Page 91, of Mahoning County Record of Plats. Said Youngstown City Lot 32900 has a frontage of 50 feet on the westerly line of Coronado Avenue and extends back therefrom a distance of 150 feet on its northerly line, a distance of 150 feet on its southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
