Kover, et al., Case No. 23CV 143, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Mary J. Kover and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary J. Kover, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 3548 Powers Way, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and known as Parcel Number 53-069-0-538.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, 1st Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

  You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on July 12, 2023, said answer day being the 9th day of August 2023.

In case of your failure to answer or  respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
