The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Legatees, and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods and Unknown Spouse, if any of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on April 27, 2023, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2021-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 23CV 776, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3599 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, Permanent Parcel No.: 08-174-0-006.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Legatees, and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods and Unknown Spouse, if any of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 2nd day of August 2023. In the event the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Legatees, and Their Spouses, if any, of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods and Unknown Spouse, if any of Mary B. Woods aka Mary Woods failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
