DEFENDANTS.

Aston James Hover and Arch Capital Group Ltd, Successor in Interest to United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina, whose last known addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will take notice that on January 17, 2023, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 23CV 101 in said Court against David J. Niec Individually and as Administrator of the Estate of Heidi Hover aka Heidi L. Hover aka Heidi Lynn Hover aka Heidi Niec aka Heidi L. Niec aka Heidi Lynn Niec, Deceased, et al. praying for Judgment of $45,207.83 with interest at the rate f 1.24000% per annum from July 6, 2021, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-011-0-417.00

STREET ADDRESS: 145 South Main Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44515. A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY AUDITOR.

 

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before Twenty-eight (28) days from the final publication run date, said date being the 18th day of July, 2023 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
