Torres AKA Juanita Torres, whose last known address is 144 South Pearl Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506, will take notice that on April 17, 2023, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County  Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 23CV 709  and styled Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Juanita N. Torres AKA Juanita Torres and their unknown Spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Juanita N. Torres AKA Juanita Torres, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
