The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:

And known as being Sub Lot No. 68 in Abraham Plat No. 1 Replat, a Re-Subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 7, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 57 of Maps, Page 361, Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: Parcel No. 2
And known as being Sub Lots Nos. 69, 70 in Abraham No. 1, a Subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 7, as shown by the recorded Plat of Subdivision in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 88 and 89 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.
