Notice of Suit for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Youngstown, Ohio. myCUmortgage, LLC v. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Lawrence Egley and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Deborah Egley, whose place of residence is unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 14, 2023, myCUmortgage, LLC filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No 23CV 691 against the above named Defendants alleging that Lawrence Egley and Deborah Egley defaulted on a promissory note held by Plaintiff and broke the covenants of the mortgage held by Plaintiff and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose that mortgage. The mortgage Plaintiff seeks to foreclose, secured the real property located at 124 Palestine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.

 The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER 29-033-0-080.01

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being the Southerly part of Lot Number 80 in Hollywood Park Plat Number 3 and recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats, in Volume 24, Page 47.

Said Southerly Part of Lot Number 80 has a frontage of Seventy-Nine (79) feet on Palestine Avenue and extends back between parallel lines a distance of One-hundred fifty (150) feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 13th day of June 2023.
