To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and the Spouses and Creditors of Elizabeth M. Catey, Deceased, you will take notice that on the 10th day of February 2023, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 23CV 238, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $53,095.41 plus interest at 8.88600% per annum from December 8, 2020, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of  a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3888 Cumberland, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, being permanent parcel number 48-007-0-129.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in the payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. 

The Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 30th day of May 2023.
