The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Betty J. Plunkett and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Donald F. Plunkett,  whose current addresses are unknown, will  take notice that on December 15, 2022, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2021-R1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2021-R1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 22CV 2211, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1769 Leland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, Permanent Parcel No. 30-020-0-104.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Betty J. Plunkett and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Donald F. Plunkett are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 26th day of May 2023. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Betty J. Plunkett and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Donald F. Plunkett failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
