Hamilton, III's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, et al, Case No. 23CV 572 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) William L. Hamilton, III's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 4287 Lake Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 and known as Parcel Number  48-074-0-026.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, 1st Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days from after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on May 17, 2023, said answer day being the 14th day of June 2023.

In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
