DEFENDANTS.

Kenneth B. Allen aka Kenneth Bernard Allen's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last known place of residence is unknown, and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 25, 2023, a Complaint was filed in the matter of U.S. Bank National Association not in its Individual Capacity but Solely as Trustee for the CIM Trust 2020-R7 Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2020-R7 v. Kenneth B. Allen aka Kenneth Bernard Allen's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, et al., Case No. 23 CV 152 the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure  and alleging that the Defendant(s) Kenneth B. Allen aka Kenneth Bernard Allen's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 84 Sexton Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and known as Parcel Number: 38-007-0-275.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, 1st FL, Youngstown, Ohio 44503. 

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on May 2, 2023, said answer day being the 30th day of May 2023.

In case of your failure to answer or  respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
