The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants; Lamar Chatman and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Lamar Chatman, each of whose last known place of residences are 3520 Lasalle Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and 205 S. Elruth Avenue, Apt. 8, Girard, Ohio 44420. Each of you will take notice that Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure on May 16, 2022, in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 127 Park Heights Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44506, being permanent parcel number 53-033-0-022.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of February 2023, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
