Williams, whose last known address is 801 Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, will take notice that on the December 30, 2022, Mortgage Assets Management, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 22CV 2294 and styled Mortgage Asset Management, LLC vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Allie Williams, AKA Allie M. Williams and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Allie Williams, AKA Allie M. Williams, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
