DEFENDANTS.

Judith A. Snyder's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, whose address is unknown and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that Defendant Premier Bank Consumer Loan Division, formerly known as First Federal Bank of the Midwest, successor by merger to Home Savings Bank, filed an Answer, Cross-Claim, and Counterclaim in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio on December 12, 2022 in Case No. 22 CV 2039, Judith A. Snyder's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Defendants, alleging that on or about September 28, 2017, Home Savings Bank extended a loan to Judith A. Snyder, who is now deceased; that Judith A. Snyder executed and delivered to Home Savings Bank a  certain Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement and Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement (the "Note") in the amount of $10,000.00; that Cross-Claimant is the holder of the Note, upon which there is due and owing to Cross-Claimant $9,998.93, plus interest  and other costs and expenses; that to secure payment of the Note, Judith A. Snyder granted a Mortgage, and thereby conditionally conveyed the real property described therein, and known as and located at 2148 Renwick Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, Parcel No. 35-003-0-121.000; that the Mortgage was properly recorded; that the Mortgage is the first and best lien against the subject real estate, after the lien of the Mahoning County Treasurer for real estate taxes; that the Note secured by the Mortgage is in default for lack of payment, the conditions of the Mortgage have been broken, Cross-Claimant is the holder of the Mortgage and is entitled to have the Mortgage foreclosed; that the Mahoning County Treasurer holds a claim on the subject real estate for real estate taxes; that Plaintiff and Defendants Judith A. Snyder's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, and Ashley Enterprises LLC dba Briarfield at Ashley Circle, may have or claim to have interests in the subject real estate. The Answer, Cross-Claim, and Counterclaim demands that Plaintiff and the Defendants be required to appear and set forth whatever interests they may have in and to the subject real property or be forever barred from asserting the same; that Cross-Claimant obtain judgment in foreclosure; that the subject premises be appraised and sold in this action, and the proceeds applied to the satisfaction of Cross-Claimant's Mortgage in its proper priority; and that the Court grant such other and further relief.

Defendant Judith A. Snyder's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, are further notified that they are required to answer said Cross-Claim within twenty-eight (28) days of the last publication of this notice, said answer day being the 17th day of March, 2023 and set forth whatever interest they may have in and to the above-described real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same.
