The Defendants, Evelyn Cozadd and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Evelyn Cozadd, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 17, 2022, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank New York as trustee for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5, filed its Complaint in Case No. 22CV 1892, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3504 Stratmore Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel No. 53-132-0-046.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Evelyn Cozadd and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Evelyn Cozadd are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 24th day of February 2023. In the event that the Defendants, Evelyn Cozadd and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Evelyn Cozadd failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
