Defendants, Kathleen M. Dubos and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kathleen M. Dubos, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 6, 2022, the Plaintiff, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB D/B/A Christiana Trust as Trustee for PNPMS Trust IV, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 22CV 1814, seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit:
Situated in the City of Struthers County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as the West one half of the City of Lot Number 759 as Lot are now numbered in said city.
Said part of lot fronts 37.5 feet on the South side of Park Ave and extends back, of even width 170.7 feet be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 148 Park Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471.
The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of February 2023. In the event that the above named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint without further hearing.
