Defendants, Cassandra Vega and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Cassandra Vega, whose last known addresses is 402 W. 188th Street, Apt. B, New York, NY 10035, will take notice that on the October 20, 2022, The Huntington National Bank successor by Merger to TCF National Bank successor by Merger to Chemical Bank successor by Merger to Talmer Bank and Trust successor by Merger to First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 22CV 1919, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Cassandra Vega and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Cassandra Vega have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as: 3103 Louise Rita Ct., Youngstown, Ohio 44511

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-151-0-140.000

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of February 2023.
